Pinnacle Coding, Software Developer 2016-03 — Present
  • Pinnacle Coding is a private software company founded by David Hacker and Mitchell Sayer. Our focus is on developing high-end, scalable web architecture for local startups.
  • Helped produce the Android app for Blinks. Designed a unique Eddystone beacon detection system that improved the efficiency and resource demands of the app. Added in a notifications system that lets users know when beacons come into range.
  • Redesigned the website, frontend and backend, for IndieU. Involved numerous layout changes and required knowledge of the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, NodeJS).
  • Built a web server for Blinks using the MEAN stack in combination with Amazon AWS and mLab. Hosts metadata and images for their custom Apple iOS 10 stickers.
International Competitor, Zero Robotics World Finals 2015 2016-01-25
  • Team designed an autonomous agent in C++ to complete designated objectives while competing against other international teams. My code was successfully run on the International Space Station (ISS) as part of the competition.

Boy Scouts of America, Eagle Scout 2012-08 — Present
  • The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
  • Refurbished 14 different trailheads scattered across Conejo Valley for my Eagle Scout project. Required over 100 man-hours of work.
  • Upwards of 110 hours of volunteer work done in affliation with the Scouting movement.
United Cancer Advocacy Network, Web Developer 2016-02 — 2016-06
  • The United Cancer Advocacy Network (UCAAN) is an organization that provides resources and aid to those afflicted by cancer.
  • Designed, implemented, and hosted the organization's main website and developed a database to contain patient and user records.
