Owned the courier and delivery domain: courier assignment and city pinning, per-delivery rate calculation, delivery-rider APIs, earnings reconciliation, and thermal-printed tracking labels. Rebuilt the refund pipeline — guarded duplicate refund requests, approved-quantity handling, refund amount summaries, and the order-to-refund flow. Built geospatial zone resolution on MySQL spatial types: polygons stored as geometry, point-in-polygon matching via ST_Contains, and a bulk resolver replacing N per-row queries with a single-pass join, chosen over an additional index to protect write throughput. Fixed stock-integrity defects across warehousing: unshelving on quantity adjustment, blocking unshelve while COD orders remained cancellable, and clearing sold-out stock on order confirmation. Delivered seller and customer balance adjustments, commission history filtering, wallet reporting with export, B2B shipment tracking with QR codes, and logistics payment status including overseas data.

Bulk lookups build points into a derived table and resolve all of them in one pass, replacing a correlated subquery that re-scanned the same table per row. Chosen over adding a further index, which would have cost write throughput on a write-heavy table.
