    Access4 is a leading voice platform as a service wholesale business, specializing in unified communications. Headquartered in Melbourne, Access4 provides a robust UCaaS platform to partners operating in the Australia and New Zealand region.

    • Grew the Access4 partner base from ~150 to 550 resellers across Australia and New Zealand

    • Conducted ~80 product demonstrations per quarter, scoping and implementing tailored solutions for partners across the ANZ region

    • Owned technical onboarding for new partners, delivering platform training and documentation

    • Engaged in technical scoping and pricing discussions with prospective partners, with average deal sizes of $800 MRR

    • Produced training videos and documentation adopted across all 550 partners, later forming the foundation of Access4's formal L&D program

    • Co-hosted the recurring Access the Techs webinar series, managing content, marketing, and coordination averaging 50 live attendees per month
