I am a computational biologist with a strong focus on building machine learning pipelines for biomedical datasets. Biologically understanding the given data and beeing able to communicate with medical or biological annotators anables me to build machine learning algorithms suited for the problem at hand. I am always stiving to improve my skills and have insatiable hunger to learn about new developments in various fields of data science.
