The project was to automate a microscope, slide stage, and camera system which was constructed by the owner of the company. My main tasks included refactoring the existing hardware API, creating a WPF interface to control hardware operation, and processing the terabytes worth of images taken. I created an application for viewing our classifier data (OpenCV) with 3D scatter plots for high-dimensional analysis. I also used JavaScript (OpenSeadragon) to create a gigapixel image viewer
