As Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), I continued to lead the development department, with a primary focus on delivering projects on time and within budget to meet business goals. Co-founded a startup as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, I was responsible for leading the development department both technically and professionally, overseeing the full lifecycle of own product development, and also custom software development for clients ranging from startups to large enterprises, which were located in Hungary and also internationally. The company specialized in cutting-edge mobile and web app development, utilizing a wide array of technologies, including modern cloud, backend & web frontend, and mobile technologies. I established ISO-audit-proof processes covering the full software development lifecycle, from planning through implementation to support and maintenance. I also led the project management team of 7 people, implementing Scrum and hybrid methodologies, with some team members also trained in SAFe. Under my leadership, we successfully delivered over 200 projects, consistently meeting deadlines and budgets. In many cases we also provided support services after golive, ensuring predefined SLA levels. I also managed resource planning and technical project estimations. The team size in the technical department grew until around 50 people. Related to the senior people I was also involved in people management. I also participated in some of the hiring process activities.
