  As a Deal Analytics Senior Manager, I work across multiple buy-side, sell-side and vendor assist transactions. I have responsibility for managing day to day client relationships, interacting directly with the C-suite and attending client pitches. My impact on the work product is at the strategic level, enabling the team to answer complex data challenges focusing on the “so what?” on the insights we provide. I am often managing multiple teams across a variety of projects. My work is frequently assisting the financial due diligence workstreams surrounding the process of a business being bought or sold. I have a focus on TMT and AM&M. Selected recent experience includes: buyside diligence for CVC during their acquisition of a Namecheap, a web domain business with an enterprise value of $1.5 Billion, sell side services for Permira during their divestment of the software business Nexthink with a valuation of $3 Billion, carveout assistance for Ascential and it’s divestment of Digital Commerce and WGSN.

  As a Deal Analytics Manager at Ernst & Young, I work across the markets but have a specialisation in the TMT sector. I have experience managing teams and leasing directly with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. I work on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, collaborating with clients to provide valuable insights. My main focus is analyzing datasets and conducting due diligence.   Following the success I had in the e-commerce division, I was ‘parachuted in’ to help with the National Distribution Centre; responsibilities that were additive to my role. This appointment also came with an additional person to my team. My appointment objective was to turn around the stock efficiency within the warehouse, optimising a system called Netstock.

  This role focused on data analytics for the e-commerce division. I made significant advances in PPC and website pricing models, contributing towards record growth of the e-commerce division. This role involved managing another junior data analyst and provided me my first experience of managing an analytics team.
