Technology Consultant

  • Conducted PMO services for the implementation of a cloud-based Financial Consolidation System at a Caribbean conglomerate with over 60 subsidiaries, across 14 foreign territories. This involved the process harmonization, system requirements elicitation, creation of the RFP, evaluation framework, solution test strategy and benefits tracking for a contract valued at over $1,000,000.
  • Managed the reporting of engagement metrics and rightsized jobs based on the remaining engagement budget. Drafted pricing plans, business cases and presentations for incoming jobs. Oversaw the Risk Management procedures for several engagements. Coached junior staff on agile principles and quality, periodically performing reviews on submitted work products.
  • Developed an Organizational Change Management Strategy that included a Communication plan, Resistance Management plan, Sponsor Roadmap plan, Training plan and Coaching plan, to reduce the friction associated with the implementation of a Financial Consolidation solution. Work products were guided by the Prosci - ADKAR Model.
  • Centralized Digital solution offerings to clients across the wider Caribbean by building a Technology Center of Excellence for Digital Transformation.   • Creation of several departmental work plans to prepare a Caribbean bank for the acquisition an international exiting the market. This was an integration of two banks, where only the profitable lines of business were acquired. Work plans took into consideration, all activities which needed to be organized prior to regulator approval and then up to legal day one.
  • Delivered a $35 million proposal to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago involving the project management and mock evaluation of 36 submission schedules. This collaborative effort was a consortium arrangement between 7 parties, across 4 countries.
  • Designed and performed testing of migrated financial data for a leading Telecommunications company. Verification and validation involved using SQL queries to provide reasonable assurance of data constancy across 36 distinct financial reports
  • Executed web development confidence testing for a custom shared services platform. QA procedures were facilitated using the PractiTest system.
  • Reconciled aircraft component stocking quantities to an Airline’s Inventory Management and SAP systems using rollback SQL queries. Involved a 100% physical count of a client’s Boeing and ATR inventory which exceeded 1600 parts.
  • Created current and future state process maps for clients, incorporating digital solutions to traditional business challenges while incorporating an Agile approach.
