    When I joined APMC, we had one product, our kid's streaming service Kidoodle.TV, and durring my time, we built Victory+ and the Dude Perfect streaming services.

    • Lead the team that build Vicotry+ - a revolution sport streaming platform that is the offical home of the Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and Anaheim Ducks.

    • Contributed directly to the codebase while planning work with product managers and executives.

    • Interviewed and hired the entire development and QA team.

    • Conducted 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and provided mentoring to the development team.

    • Chose technology stacks to deliver a high-quality streaming service.

    • Monitored the perfomance of our applications and provided DevOps services for the team - making our deployment process as simple as it could be.

    • Removed all legacy code that existed before in a safe and responsible way that lead to huge increases in performance and discoverability

    I was one of the SDMs as part of Benevity's "Employee Engagement" team that worked on their flagship product, Spark. At Benevity, I was able to formalize many of the skills gained at FGL.

    • Lead the team that delivered the payroll reconcilliation project, allowing our clients to perform opperations to assist with processing payroll donations.

    • Lead the team that built the CIAM solution to manage users for Benevity's clients, first piloting this project such as UPS, Ericsson, and Airbus.

    • Lead the teams involved in the update of key infrastructure, including pipelines and containerization of applications.

    • Conducted 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, coaching, mentoring to developers on our teams.

    • Worked closely with product and devops to ensure roadmaps were delivered on schedule and in a safe, stable manner.

    • Coached and mentored computer science students from the U of C as part of the Capstone Project. Graduating students were using ML and AI to build a receipt categorization system.

    • Ensured the teams followed Agile best practices, especially in story writting, ensuring that tasks were broken down in a managable chunks.

    • Designed and built the in-store communications and training portal that served vital daily information to 400+ store, including Sport Chek, Atmosphere, and Marks.
