Recently, Brian moved with the remaining TAO team members from IT to Corporate Finance to sit closer to the stakeholders. The majority of roles and responsibilities remained constant, but in lieu of aligning work with vendors, it was now products with line items in an LOBs forecast. Brian continued working as a software product manager on TAO (Technology Asset Operation) software as their priorities shifted to being liaisons to various LOBs (lines of business) around the bank, Brian worked as the business liaison between TAO and the Wells Fargo CTO (Chief Technology Office). Brian worked as a software product manager on the TAO (Technology Asset Operation) software team. TAO was a centralized group under the Technology COO office which managed internal software entitlements by fulfilling orders and helping to maintain software license compliance,.
In this role, he assisted employees from around the bank to purchase new software and renew maintenance on existing assets.. He additionally has the proactive role to resolve non-compliant situations and consolidate existing contracts to achieve economies of scale and other efficiency gains.

Utilized scripting and automation abilities to improve the quality of financial forecast data in the software budget
