We were some of the only researchers worldwide engaged in this research. My responsibilities have included student interviews, tutorial development, coding, and video transcription. I was engaged in writing my thesis on this work.

As an Operations Team Lead Staff member, I directly supervised a group of 10 student workers, and indirectly supervised a staff of 40 workers with four other Lead Staff members. I was directly responsible for cultivating a knowledge base of the policies, procedures, services, and events of the Memorial Union Building and the University as a whole. As a member of the Lead Staff team, my responsibilities were expanded to include staff supervision, scheduling, conflict resolution, and working closely with the professional staff.

As a learning assistant, I act as an aid to the introductory physics students with whom I work, both in and out of the classroom. Learning assistants worked like the more traditional teaching assistant position without the responsibility of grading assignments. My responsibilities include attending and participating as a facilitator during class, working directly with the professor on classroom preparations, and scheduling and holding office hours.

As a Grocery Clerk, my responsibilities included customer service, minor inventory work, stocking, and cleaning. In this position, I worked independently to ensure the smooth operation of the store. I was directly responsible for my department, but was also called upon to help out when other departments were in a pinch.
