  Led technical strategy and cross-organizational stakeholder alignment across client Product, IT, and PMO organizations and Merkle Strategy, Creative, Product, and Delivery teams to modernize a 10-year-old multi-channel luxury hotel booking platform generating $100M+ in annual revenue, architecting a composable platform using Vercel, AWS, Auth0, SynXis, Worldline, Contentful, Cloudinary, and Cloudflare.

  • Designed a phased modernization and migration strategy to transition a legacy booking platform to a composable architecture while protecting $100M+ in annual revenue, enabling parallel operation, progressive feature rollout, and risk-mitigated cutover.
