Activity of Lipase B (Candida sp) was analyzed using Milk-substituted assay. Bradford assay was used to confirm the immobilization of the enzyme on Carbon Nanotubes (Single-Walled). Research explored the efficacy of drugs Deferoxamine and Deferiprone on synthetic blood. Goal as a non-invasive replacement for 'Iron Chelation Therapy'.
