About

I am an experienced Technology Developer experienced at working in an agile team environment to achieve organizational objectives within operational deadlines. I am highly organised and use a variety of software to deliver projects and support. Primarily I work with ServiceNow, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, Dynamics, Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Office Suite. I am skilled in developing, testing, and implementing new operating systems, user interfaces and business applications based on user research and agreed designs. For example, I helped develop our inspection evidence collection portal and lead in its support. This includes management of the document databases which it feeds into on SharePoint according to policy and guidance. I also provide support to members of staff with these and other existing applications. I have experience of generating useful reports using Microsoft Excel and other software, including statistics reports for police commissions and incident reports for management. I am also confident in writing clear communications to management, colleagues, and the wider organisation to convey information and instructions as needed. I have helped to implement and improve the automation and standardisation of document management in my current role.
