As a recent Computer Science graduate from BINUS University and Astra Polytechnic, I bring a unique advantage to the table: over 3 years of hands-on professional working experience in software engineering, covering frontend, backend, DevOps, and IT infrastructure. My academic background is complemented by a strong technical foundation in programming using C, C#, Java, PHP, and Spring Boot.
I gained early professional development experience building Spring Boot and ASP.NET solutions at PT Astra Honda Motor. Following that, I worked as a Microsoft D365 Technical Consultant at PT Astragraphia Information Technology, where I developed X++ solutions for the Dealer Operating System (DOS) project at PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. My responsibilities included technical analysis, customization, feature development, and troubleshooting across the Sales Order, Quotation, Work Order, Inventory, and Finance modules. Currently, I am expanding my expertise through a Digital Transformation (DX) at PT DENSO Indonesia, leveraging my technical background to drive digital initiatives.
Beyond enterprise software, I actively explore full-stack and infrastructure technologies through self-directed homelab projects utilizing React, Docker, Proxmox, Mikrotik, and UniFi. Digital Transformation (DX) at Production Control.
Working as a Technical Consultant in the Cloud Solution & Service Delivery Department for the Dealer Operating System (DOS) project at PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI). Responsible for technical analysis, development, customization, troubleshooting, and support across multiple business modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Develop and enhance features across various D365FO modules based on more than 16 Change Requests (CR) submitted by IAMI users.
- Perform customizations across multiple functional areas, including Sales Order, Quotation, Work Order / Service Management (AMCaseTable, Service History, Device Table), Inventory & Warehouse (InventTable, InventLocation, InventSite, Transfer Order), and Finance & Incentive Modules (PPh21, Multiseries Incentive, Salesforce Incentive Logic).
- Build and modify tables, table extensions, form extensions, classes, menu items, data entities, and security artifacts according to solution requirements.
- Develop and optimize X++ business logic, including validations, custom lookups, event handlers, data processing, query joins, and module-to-module integrations.
- Conduct technical analysis based on FDD and requirements provided by Functional Consultants to ensure alignment with business processes.
- Prepare technical notes, change logs, and internal documentation to support DevOps.
- Create and validate SQL queries for data verification, troubleshooting, and supporting SIT/UAT testing cycles.
- Execute debugging and troubleshooting activities across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- Provide technical recommendations and corrective actions to Business Analysts and users during testing cycles and production issues.
- Support Go-Live activities, including incident handling, bug fixing, data correction, and cross-module validation.
- Setting up and configuring on-premise D365FO infrastructure across Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) environments, covering multi-node Service Fabric cluster including AOS nodes (3 nodes each), Orchestrator/Service Fabric Primary nodes (3 nodes each), SSRS Report Server, Management Reporter, ADFS File Storage, and SQL Server Database nodes.
- Performing fresh installation of Windows Server 2022 on all nodes across both Sandbox and Production environments for DC and DRC sites as part of clean infrastructure setup for D365FO 10.0.46 deployment.
- Executing end-to-end upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to version 10.0.46 across Sandbox and Production environments on both DC and DRC sites via Lifecycle Services (LCS), including deployment of Replacement Annata custom package.
- Supporting Sandbox environment as production temporary during upgrade transition, ensuring business continuity through custom package deployment and post-deployment validation on DC and DRC infrastructure.
- Coordinating Production environment upgrade to D365FO 10.0.46 with Replacement Annata custom package deployment across DC and DRC sites, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness post-cutover.
