He has an impressive ability to look beyond and predict trends, based on his vast experience and observation of the whole. I started my career with Flávio as one of the company's leadership figures. Flávio is an extremely dedicated software architect. He has 15+ years of experience under his belt designing and implementing Web-based software solutions. As a CTO that managed a diverse group of developers, one of his main philosophies was "don't just talk the talk, but walk the walk". Supporting and motivating the team while working very hard is his daily MO. If you need a very experienced software architect with excellent people-managing skills, he is your guy.

Flavio is an amazing entrepreneur and very dedicated to his job. Flavio was the creator of the company and the person who knew everything to start the business. After starting the activities, Flavio got responsibility on managing our server and did it very well. I had the privilege of having Flávio on my team for a short time, but he left his mark and became the best developer to have ever worked at Kingo Labs.
