I have worked in academia, startup cultures, and smaller companies so I am comfortable wearing many hats. I'm an engineer who priotizes the availability, performance, efficiency, and reliability of the company's services and products. I enjoy working with and helping development teams become more efficient and successful. I'm flexible and enjoy learning when investigating new roles and responsibilities.

In short, I am resposibile for: availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning for our services.
