I have 20 years software engineering experience across AI, engineering and statistical visualization startups and market risk (investment banking). 12 years ago I moved from London to Belgium and now speak conversational level Dutch. I have written and maintained, almost single-handedly, a web application that grew with a 3 person university research project to a $50m buyout in 8 years. I like to tackle hard problems, whilst the code I write has a history of being stable and robust. I am studying ML and AI in my spare time, I have given talks and written tutorials on building neural networks from scratch.
