  As sole software PM, empowered genetic sequencing team to manage a complex, interconnected process via our net new delivery of modular software workflows that track samples, interface with lab equipment, deliver results, and handle any necessary re-work. Automated regulatory compliance process for sequencing results of tens of thousands of COVID-19 samples routinely processed in-lab. Developed a responsive web application for client order intake, transitioning from an email-based system to a self-service webapp, significantly improving order processing and reducing manual effort for dozens of weekly requests. Created and executed on short- and long-term roadmaps, aligning goals and priorities for three major web applications and driving strategic initiatives across the software org, acting as representative of software efforts to leadership.

• Senior Product Manager, Opentrons, Pandemic Response Lab

  Delivered LIMS software capable of tracking and reporting on extremely high quantities of tests, ensuring efficient and accurate diagnosis of up to 1% of total worldwide COVID diagnoses daily.
