  Led the Allocations team responsible for finding and allocating the best driver for a given order. It is one of the most critical service of Gojek processing more than 3 million orders a day.

  • Worked with Business to introduce a new feature that impacted driver's experience and placed Gojek up in the favorable index of drivers

  • Overhauled the allocation system to optimise the driver allocation by providing a way to aggregate the orders and plug different objective ML functions for optimized allocation

  • Migrated the system from VMs to kubernetes without effecting the business continuity

  Built and lead a high performing team to develop a central distribution service for Employee reference data that consolidates data from multiple sources and distributes it to more than 400 consumers, involving highly critical systems in the bank.
