    • Managing a long-term sales pipeline of strategic work for a European rail infrastructure manager to define the strategy and £5bn business case for upgrading its 2G private mobile network (GSM-R), with a modern 5G replacement (FRMCS), designed to support the railway’s connectivity requirements into the 2050s..

    • Lead advisor on a £500m transaction for third-party support to prolong the life of the same client’s existing network until the replacement is in place. Developed commercial strategy and led engagement to successfully secure government approval and funding for a 15-year services contract.

    • Spearheaded development of a European railway operator’s 30-year connectivity strategy, including navigation of complex international environments.
