  • Designed and built configurable integration platform between Oracle Service Cloud and 9 department ticket management systems (some cloud-based with RESTful APIs, some on-prem with SQL connections or SOAP APIs) for a single county government organization leveraging Microsoft Azure.

  • Created multiple custom offline-ready web applications for business processes that are used in call centers through Oracle Service Cloud and standalone on mobile devices in the field to facilitate record management and retrieval.

• Trivia Slides Generator (WIP)

  SaaS for users to interactively build and export slideshows for Trivia games. Utilizes Open Trivia DB for optionally auto-generating slides. User-friendly interface built on shadcn/ui with help from v0. Supports exporting to PDF, PPT, and static images. Eventually will feature subscriptions and/or tokens.
