  • Led the deployment of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) as an offshore L2, L3 team member, providing solutions to global clients, including industry stalwarts such as Siemens and Fujifilm.
  • Organized recurring 'GuruCool' knowledge-sharing sessions and provided a comprehensive 360-degree overview of the LogPoint product to ensure seamless communication, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the development team and over 1000 clients.
  • Assisted the Operations Team in utilizing a Machine Learning-based Threat Detection Platform (UEBA) that Spark and Hadoop fuel. The responsibilities included the configuration of log ingestion to the cluster, the execution of sophisticated analytics, and the prediction of cluster resource requirements to ensure optimal performance.

  • Contributed to the AI Research Team under the leadership of Dr. Steven Rennie (former Director of Research at IBM), specializing in image caption generation—developing models to describe images using natural language. Worked closely with a team of 8 members, guided by Dr. Rennie, a distinguished researcher with over 5,346 citations on Google Scholar.
  • Automated the model training process using AWS Spot Instances, significantly reducing the cost of training Machine Learning models while optimizing resource efficiency.
  • Completed the Columbia University MicroMasters Program in Artificial Intelligence (online) through the FuseMachine AI Fellowship in New York, and mentored new fellows during the 2017 winter session.

  • DateBS: Developed an open-sourced Python and JavaScript library and integrated Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc to seamlessly convert dates between the Nepali (Bikram Sambat) and Gregorian (Anno Domini) calendars. This groundbreaking solution empowered millions of Nepali users to work with their native calendar in widely used spreadsheet applications
  • NepalDataScrapper: Developed a Google Sheet add-on named NepalDataScraper to automate the collection of real-time and historical data from the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Like integrated Yahoo Finance functionality, NepalDataScraper offers customizable, efficient, and accurate data for investors and analysts.
