- Built standardized GitHub Actions, accelerating model deployment from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 days and enabling faster production releases across data science teams
- Switched all MLOps from AWS EC2 to AWS Lambda to save compute resources and reduce dependence on shared EC2 fleet.
- Authored comprehensive documentation in Atlassian Confluence for CI/CD orchestration and maintenance within the MLOps template, improving developer onboarding and system reliability
