The CAS team lost a few members in a short succession. I was recognized for extraordinary effort in training newcomers, working long ours with them and helping them in getting up to speed by holding knowledge sharings and coaching sessions. This effort has paid off, as the team's KPIs haven't shown any loss of performace.

Ericsson Customer Access & Security held a hackathon for finding innovative ideas & projects. My project was using Ansible configuration management to act as a wrapper around OVFtool, which deployed fully configured virtual machines to VMware vCenter or ESXi.
