  • Wrote production-grade, efficiency-focused code for Bitly's high-traffic decode service, which handles sustained heavy load as well as sudden extreme spikes.

  • Led epics end-to-end: scoped and spiked out the approach, broke work into tickets, took point on execution, and helped assign and unblock work for the team.

  • Led the backend engineering guild and organized multiple company-wide hackweeks.

  • Mentored a junior engineer, participated in the on-call rotation, and served as team representative for bi-weekly bug refinement.

  • Led the charge on sharing and standardizing AI rulesets and skills. The AI repository now has several well-refined rulesets and skills and over a dozen contributors.
