As Drupal Expert, I led the development of Drupal-based solutions for the CRF project, designing new features that improved data synchronization and operational efficiency. As Lead Developer, I provided technical leadership for the university’s portal and identity management systems. I spearheaded the transition to Drupal, developed key application modules, and improved web infrastructure security. My role also encompassed mentorship and training, ensuring teams were equipped to support a high-performing web ecosystem. As Technology Lead, I led the modernization of the WFP’s web infrastructure, overseeing the transition to the new content management platform. I managed the content migration, ensured seamless technology adoption, and launched the multilingual website. My role also encompassed performance optimization, security enhancements, and vendor coordination, ensuring the implementation of a scalable, maintainable, and future-ready digital presence for WFP.

Led the enhancement of the e-Agriculture platform, expanding features, improving content management, and integrating Web 2.0 tools to foster collaboration.

* analyzing, evaluating, implementing and overseeing the transfer of the FightHunger.org website hosting and its associated databases from outside consultants to new selected housing; * understanding the site architecture, its internal operations and its day to day running using Drupal in LAMP (Linux Apache, MySql, and PHP) environment and other appropriate tools; * implementing further development of the website to include newly identified functionalities; * implementing the FightHunger website in multiple language versions; * developing the Online Walk Organizing tool to allow for: revenue sharing between walk organizers, interface with a payment service provider for online sponsorship of walkers and direct donations, sale of goods online and any other areas where funds needed to be transferred; * developing and maintaining the activist database (CiviCRM in LAMP environment) to allow for real time online activist mail outs both to the general list and to pre-identified subsets; * transition the hosting of the FightHunger website and its associated operations such as bandwidth, traffic management etc. in house.
